Pond type Size Press ( Size Wing )
: A coating method of making paper threading pass through pigments being gathered in-between of 2 numbers of roll and nip.
Vertical, horizontal and slope type are available but slope type is mainly used.
Gate type size press
: It is also called as gate roll coaster being developed in preparation for an economic consideration for ensuring diversification and high quality of printing paper.
Dry steam consumption is reduced as concentration of surface size agent is allowed to be raised and application volume of size could be increased
as the printing paper is being used as multi-color printing
